Shipping and Delivery
Dear customer , please be advised that we are very keen to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible, and we ask you to read the following lines carefully.
- After you complete your order and payment process, we will begin preparing your order and creating the shipping label within hours or minutes, depending on the shipping company selected in the order.
- Currently we deal with two shipping companies that are the best and fastest (SMSA - Redbox)
- Shipping via SMSA:
- If you choose SMSA, we will deliver your shipment the morning after the order, hand-to-hand at the SMSA office. In very rare cases, due to work pressure, delivery will be on the second day (outside of official holidays). After that, your shipment will make its way to you and arrive within 3 to 8 working days from the time of delivery. You can pick up your order from the nearest SMSA branch to you or have it delivered to your home based on their communication with you and your choice.
- Delivery of your shipment to your home cannot be guaranteed in all areas. You must determine the method that suits you through the SMSA message sent to you. If home delivery is not possible, you must choose the nearest branch to pick it up from there. Qannas Al Gharbia is not responsible for the inability to deliver to the home.
- You can track your shipment directly from within your order in the store or through the tracking number sent to you via text message.
- Shipping costs are fixed at 30 Saudi Riyals for shipments up to 15 kg, and anything above that is calculated automatically.

- Any delay in your shipment after delivery is not our responsibility. Once the shipment is delivered to the shipping company, Qannas Al Gharbia is completely free of responsibility. The dealings are directly between the customer and the shipping company. For our part, we will do everything we can to communicate with the company or submit complaints that will speed up the delivery process.
- Western Sniper is not responsible for any disruption in the delivery process resulting from the shipping company's inability to locate the customer's address. The customer is fully responsible for providing a clear address and a correct mobile number when ordering the product.
- If the shipment is returned to us by the shipping company due to the customer's failure to respond to the shipper or a delay in receiving his shipment, Qannas Al Gharbia bears no responsibility, and the customer will have to repay the shipping expenses to Qannas Al Gharbia before the shipment is resent to him again, after notifying the customer of the matter by contacting the WhatsApp number registered in the order.
- If the customer does not respond or contact us for a maximum of 60 days from the date the shipment was returned by the shipping company, he shall not have the right to claim the product or its value thereafter.
